See below for the broadcast recording of the opening event for the Saval Parish Centenary Celebrations: Mass Rock Sunday 2026.

On Sunday 2nd August the people of Saval Parish gathered at the historic Mass Rock, Crohill, to open the Saval Parish Centenary Celebrations 1920–2020. (The celebrations were delayed until 2026 due to the Covid-19 pandemic.)

This first celebration was an opportunity to honour the faith, courage and sacrifice of those who worshipped here before us, and to give thanks for the generations who have shaped their parish community.
